Snowy Landscapes
A coloured pencil workshop with a difference
From Second-Guessing to Sure Strokes
Are Winter Landscapes Beyond Your Skills?
Have you ever looked at a snowy scene and thought, "I could never draw that"?
Landscapes seem so complex - all those trees, shadows, and subtle colour variations.
Where do you even begin?
You've got pencils, you've got passion, but translating that beautiful winter scene from your mind (or photo) onto paper feels impossible.
How do you choose which details matter? Which colours will actually capture the mood? And how on earth do you avoid getting stuck or overwhelmed by all those intricate branches and textures?
These Snowy Landscapes are just for you.
Stop Overthinking and Start Drawing
This workshop will transform how you approach landscapes:
From feeling paralysed by blank paper → learning exactly which strokes create trees, snow, and atmospheric effects
From confusion about materials → confidently choosing papers and pencils that work with your style
From overwhelming complexity → mastering how to simplify ANY landscape using strategic color and mark-making
One focused snowy landscape experience that teaches you to break down drawing challenges, one simple stroke at a time.

My Approach to Teaching Art
Hello! I’m Amii. A busy mum and coloured pencil artist.
As both an award-winning coloured pencil artist and experienced educator, I understand that meaningful artistic growth happens when:
You're encouraged to develop your own artistic style rather than simply copying
Techniques are explained in multiple ways to accommodate different learning styles
You have space to experiment without fear of "doing it wrong"
Support continues beyond the formal lessons as you integrate new skills
You learn to slow down and enjoy the process rather than rushing to finish
